For jackets that are pre-made and shipped directly from our inventory, we offer a strict 30-day return and exchange window.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a full refund will be credited. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to reflect on your original account

Can I Return a Custom or Custom Jacket?

Because our made-to-order jackets are crafted from scratch based on your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom items for a change of mind or incorrect sizing provided by the customer. If the error was made on our side we offer full money back guarantee.
