Made-to-Order Shipping & Turnaround Times

Because White Widow Leather is a direct manufacturer, every custom leather jacket is crafted from scratch to ensure premium quality. We do not pull pre-made jackets off warehouse racks.

  • Total Delivery Window: Please allow 15 to 20 days for your order to arrive. This timeframe includes the artisan manufacturing process and a 3 to 4-day shipping transit time.
  • Premium Couriers: To guarantee your bespoke leather arrives safely and quickly, we ship exclusively via FedEx and DHL.
  • Order Tracking: Once your custom jacket finishes production and is handed to the courier, you will receive tracking details to follow its progress to your address.

Shipping Costs, Taxes, and Customs

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping globally on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, a standard shipping rate is calculated at checkout.
  • Zero Hidden Fees: No hidden fees, no surprises. White Widow Leather does not charge additional taxes or VAT at checkout.
  • International Customs: While we do not charge taxes on our website, international customers are responsible for any localized customs duties or import taxes required by their specific country upon delivery.

How to Change or Cancel Your Order

Because your jacket is made-to-order, production begins shortly after your purchase. This means our window to modify or cancel an order is incredibly narrow.

If you need to make a change, reply to your order confirmation email immediately with “Immediate Attention” in the subject line. Rest assured, we will do our utmost to assist you. However, once the leather has been cut and production has started, the order can no longer be canceled.

Late or Missing Packages

Because we rely on FedEx and DHL, missing packages are incredibly rare. If your tracking number shows an unusual delay, please contact our support team. Please note that issues resulting from an incorrectly entered address at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
